Dr. Lucy Anning, is an Industrial Economist and SMEs start up and development specialist. Lucy served officially for two years under the jurisdictive mandate of the Ministry of Finance, Ghana (MOF). Dr. Anning is currently the Chief Economist to the Pan African Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she multitasks her role by acting as the representative for the chamber at the African Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat in Accra (Ghana). Lucy is also the founder and director of DevAfrica Institute in Accra, Ghana, she serves an adjunct lecturer at the Wuhan University in the PRC and an associate researcher with Ghana China Friendship Association (GHACHIFA).
